How to Eat When You Have Zero Appetite on GLP-1

Clinical Answer Capsule: Severe incretin-induced anorexia and delayed gastric accommodation make conventional large meals intolerable. To prevent catabolic muscle breakdown and micronutrient deficiencies on zero-appetite days, patients must practice mechanical fueling: consuming chilled, low-volume, nutrient-dense fluids (Greek yogurt, bone broth, and whey isolates) every three hours regardless of hunger cues.

Full Video Dialogue & Clinical Context

When your GLP-1 completely turns off your appetite, going hours without eating isn't a badge of honor - it's a one-way ticket to hair loss, fatigue, and gallbladder issues. You need mechanical fueling. Stop trying to eat big warm meals that turn your stomach. Switch to cold, high-density, low-volume fuel: Greek yogurt, bone broth, and chilled protein shakes sipped through a straw. Fuel like a machine so your body doesn't cannibalize itself.
