1. Using This Site

Bitches & Besties is published by unLit Publishing LLC. By using the site or downloading anything from it, you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older.

2. The Free Downloads Are Yours To Use

Toolkits, guides, worksheets and logs on this site are free for your own personal use. Print them, fill them in, take them to your appointment, hand one to a friend who needs it. What you may not do is sell them, put them behind your own paywall, strip the branding, republish them as your own, or use them to train a machine-learning system.

3. Community Conduct

This is a no-shame space. Diet-culture moralizing, weight-based abuse, before-and-after policing, unsolicited calorie or willpower advice, medical misinformation, and selling to members are all out. We can remove content or access at our discretion.

4. What Members Post Is Theirs

Anything a member shares is that member's own experience and opinion, not advice from us and not vetted by us. Treat it the way you would treat a friend's story: useful, human, and not a substitute for your clinician.

5. The Provider Directory

Listings are gathered from member reports of their own experiences. Inclusion is not a credential check, an endorsement, or a guarantee of the care you will receive. Verify licensure and fit for yourself before booking.

7. Our Content

The writing, artwork, tools and branding on this site belong to unLit Publishing LLC. Quote us with credit and a link; do not republish wholesale.

8. Outside Links

We link to research, retailers and other sites we do not control and are not responsible for.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, unLit Publishing LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or anything you downloaded from it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
